Shipping policy

 

  • Production ime: All orders are custom-made to order. Our typical production time is 5-7 business days. This is the time it takes us to make, package, and prepare your items for shipment.

  • Processing Time: Once production is complete, your order will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Processing Delays: During high-volume periods, restocks, or special promotions, production and processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We will notify you if there are any delays.

  • International Shipping:

    • Standard International Shipping: Rates vary depending on destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

    • Expedited International Shipping: Available for select countries. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Note: Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to be updated in the carrier's system.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. However, if you believe your package is lost or delayed, please reach out to our customer support team at [support email]. We will work with the carrier to investigate.

7. Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve it before the order is shipped.

8. Shipping to PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

9. Shipping Carrier

We use the following carriers:

  • Domestic: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

  • International: DHL, USPS, UPS (depending on destination).
